The Truth about Sony

I read this article on Engadget and it pretty much sums up what is going on with Sony right now. Sony is losing the video game race. They're slowly biting the dust. I agree with almost everything in this article. I don't like to see a company go down regardless whether or not I support them. When I think of a company going down or a part of the company going down or getting reduced in size, I think of people losing their jobs. Why is Sony going down? Were they just being too lazy? Were they being too prideful? Or what is the reason? I honestly think they got too prideful. Sony was all like "Oh we have a better system then Microsoft or Nintendo." Interesting because now look at the Sony Move, does it look like something we already have? Oh wait it is, it's called the Nintendo Wii. Sony's Move is a joke.

The picture below you is the "new" Sony Move. This is a joke to me. It's a Wii Remote with a stupid looking glowing ball and it's side kick. Who the hell is actually going to want to play with this with their PS3? I certainly wouldn't want to if I had a PS3. It looks like a glowing mariachi. The base package is 100$ which seems reasonable... If you're planning to play by yourself or you bought a game that requires two of the glowing wand controller, an extra one costs 30$, so if you want 3 of your friends to play with you add another 90$, and it'll come out to 190$ PLUS TAX. The Microsoft Kinect, only cost 150$ plus tax. What's the better deal? A glowing lolly pop set, or Kinect? I'll let you decide.

Wii FPS games are better then dual analogue FPS games

This article tells the truth about the Wii's FPS games, Metroid Prime 3 was so much better with the Wii controls, you actually felt like you are there. The Conduit while it only has a bland story, has one of the best FPS controls on the Wii. Now if they could only take the controls and make a game with a good story. Metroid Movie Prediction

I am a huge Metroid fan. Especially of the Metroid Prime series. I would die to see a Metroid movie be made. Now as most Metroid fans know about all the stuff about a Metroid movie being made in the past. Here's my prediction. Metroid Other M which comes out later this year is supposed to shed some light on Samus's past. Now this game might and probably not shed all the light on her past so they will probably make more games about her past. Now after we have Samus's past, the story for a Metroid movie would be easy to make from the games. I hope this happens because if someone makes the Metroid movie correctly, then it'll be the best thing to me since The Lord of the Rings Trilogy.

Final Fantasy XIII comes out tomorrow!

It's 9PM right now and an hour ago I walked to my local Gamestop to preorder Final Fantasy XIII. I didn't realize it comes out tomorrow till about an hour and a half ago. You are ruining the future of video games, music, movies and books. Now I know you're probably thinking it's only one album, one movie, or one game. Well when hundreds of thousands, millions of people think this way the artists lose so much money. Sure you're thinking "who cares?" well you'll certainly think when artists stop producing their art then you're screwed, that's right you're going to be screwed and it's your fault. Sure there will still be artists still releasing movies, music, and video games, but my prediction will be it'll be full of ads, can you imagine playing Fallout 3 with ads of Coca Cola? or ads about Microsoft, well that's the only way the video game industry is going to make money from games because there are so many of you out there stealing games. In movies also there will be ads, more then you see now. Books will be the same way. You are ruining the future of electronic art. YOU NEED TO STOP.

Professor smashes frozen laptop

When I first saw this on Engadget I was like WTf?! But it's true this professor was tired of his students using electronics in his class especially laptops. So what he did was freeze it in liquid nitrogen then smashed it on the ground. If this happened to me I'd never bring my laptop to class. Video in the source link.
