Sony, do you not understand us? Do you not learn at all from the past? The answer is quite obviously no. You don't learn, you don't understand us.
SCEE is suing Graf_Chokolo for 1 million Euros on Sony's behalf. This is not stopping Graf_Chokolo from finishing his work though. He has said that this has given him even more motivation to continue his work.

Sony has gone too far!
Sony sent the police to invade the private home of Graf_Chokolo who has been a contributer to the PS3 hacking scene. They took all items related to PS3 hacking. Sony if you are reading this, you have gone too far, this is just wrong. You have NO right to INVADE someone's home. You have made things worst because Graf_Chokolo released his "Hypervisor Bible" because you invaded his home. You made a BIG mistake.
In short, you just fucked yourself Sony.

Sony got DENIED (Take that Sony)
Sony just got fucked over, a judge turn down Sony's request to get websites like YouTube, PayPal, Google, and Twitter to give them information to find who the real people are behind the members of FailOverflow. Take that Sony, at least someone still respects people's privacy. Thank you to that judge who kept up the Constitution.

Sony has lost their tempter
Sony has officially lost their tempter, they are getting a court order to have all websites to take down links to all hacking software related to the PS3. They are really going after FailOverflow, the team of anonymous hackers who found a hack into the PS3's security, then a person online known as Hotz, took the hack even further, and found the encryption keys for the PS3. This allows anyone to make homebrew for the PS3 system.
I honestly think that Sony has lost their tempter. I honestly think, that they need to invest more into security, and less on being assholes.
